Fourth Day : On a Random Occurence

19-07-16
Today was the fourth day. I hoped to see him because I did not find him past three days. But I had no clue how to get to see him. I had to leave tomorrow. Today was the last day. I thought he would come to play with my brother but my brother went to the school grounds in the evening. And this way I lost the chances there as well.
He being the last thought and the consistent note in my mind, I moved towards the front car seat. The car moved with continuous patches of breaks being applied because so many school children were moving on the curvy slim road. Yes of course! It was 3:30 p.m. There was flood from the gates of The Sacred Hearts'. And coming towards, I found Imraan with a group of his friends. He kept on looking at me till the car moved past him maybe in an attempt to recognize me. I gave back a smile so continuous while my eyes were scanning his friends in order to find him somewhere. He was not there. I felt disappointed. It dawned upon me that maybe this time I have to leave without having to see him. The car swayed like a serpent's move. I sat straight. Eyes alert.

As the car turned past that curve of the hill, I caught him. There he was right in front of my eyes. Maroon Sweater. Grey Pant. That guy. So beautiful, so smart and yet naughty. He was standing in front of the Main Gate of the school while children were rushing back and forth looking for their dropping vans and wheelers.
His glabella tensed while looking at the phone screen, an uncle known to him was talking with him showing him something. I wished he would look up and notice somehow. The car was nearing him. It blew horns, though in little packets for the children's safety. I kept on looking at him. I turned back once the car passed him. He still looked at the phone screen. What was so important!

I now looked forward and smiled. Kept on smiling but at nobody.

The kid's face so pure, so decent...so beautiful! I could spend all my life staring at him if time at all allowed and paused.
A stream of happiness, peace, love and calmness flows inside after dreaming his innocence. Shahnawaz.
