The Examination Glitch

Class XII. CBSE Board Exams.  First Exam - English. March 2013. English was one such subject that always saved my percentage. And it was one such subject I never worried about. I studied it in a quick. Not because I was extremely over confident of my command over the subject but because English just happened to me. Perhaps the credit went to my immense reading habits since Class V. Its just the reading and those stories that somehow fortunately landed me right grammatically. But I had nothing to boast about because I did not know the tenses and how to convert sentences from one tense to the other. Honestly, I still do not know. I continue to try. So the only thing I always did in the 'Section-B : Writing' of that question paper was - follow the instinct, play with words for they fantasized me and pour some good cursive handwriting. And it worked. So once again I was writing and writing and time was running. For the first time in my life and sadly in the last English exam of m...

And Ruskin Bond in his every second chapter spoke about Barbets. Rain in the Mountains. A Barbet. What was that? Something I had never heard of. I shifted to Mandi with my friends for two months due to the purpose of training. A ten minutes walk to the office from home, that is how it went. Once we were walking along the road and just one turn ahead of my home...

'Going places' and doing above mentioned things occurred on a slow note though. College is about to begin and I haven't had a sound sleep for so many nights... Looks like I'm feeling afraid.  Afraid of careless carefree days being snatched soon,  afraid of the fear of completion of sheets assigned in the studio, afraid of whether I'd be doing well this time or not, afraid of landing up into irrelevant conflicts... Blow!   I have stopped thinking all about it and only decided to work hard and harder in the coming days. Two months and so many thoughts,  second thoughts...fourth thoughts... Haha... Then the last thought- give peace a chance.   I danced,  I sang,  I played, I drew,  I read,  I cooked, I slept, I visited places---that's the story of every vacation, keeping them s...
